I am really quite fond of this. I find myself using it a lot for slides presentation backgrounds and for Second Life textures. The one thing I wish it did, and it doesn't do well, is arrows and better text positioning. It is really very easy to use. :)|

Have you ever tried Google wiki? What do you think of it compared to Webpaint?
